Didn't want breakfast but the offer was nice. Snack area is great for a small fee. Employee gave us water bottles for free and I was so relieved as I didn't have cash on me at that moment. After being up for 16hrs, getting horrible news mom was shot, then packing everything, then driving 12hrs nonstop, we were exhausted. I was an emotional hot mess. The little things mattered and made a huge impact for us! Staff was friendly and tends to needs promptly. Towels were freshly cleaned. Toiletries were available if you needed. We had two small dogs with us as well and they enjoyed it too! They are trained to use pee pads but it was nice having the option to take the dogs outside instead! They loved it!! They loved the attention and had a big happy face! The pool was a little dirty but I really can't complain, my son was laughing/happy, and I needed that moment so desperately. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back! Hopefully on much better terms! Until then, thank you for your services.

The lobby tables and sitting areas were nicely placed. Your decor was both cheerful and restful. Breakfast items were delicious. Really enjoyed the blueberry triangles. The spacious sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom were marvelous and clean scented. The king-sized bed was so very comfortable. Your staff were very courteous and quick to fix any problems we encountered. Wish we could have stayed longer, but our schedule did not permit us to do so. We will certainly strive to locate a La Quinta hotel during our future travels. Thank you for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Staff were excellent and super friendly. Fast elevator. Hot breakfast including eggs and sausage that were gluten free, included juice and fruit, waffles and pancakes. Everything seems new or very clean. Walk in shower. Parking was easy. Restaurant options close by. Easy location for us from what we were doing either by freeway or by surface streets. Bed was firm but comfortable.

I wish I knew the names of the young man that was there at check in. He was super friendly and very helpful with questions about the rewards program and how to sign up. The woman that ran the desk and was cleaning up the breakfast area and greeting guests was also super friendly and helpful.

Melissa at front desk kind, courteous, helpful. Woman that prepares free breakfast was very diligent and cared very much about customer service. Room was clean. Vending items in front shop very affordable. Good, cold A/C. Spacious, safe parking area. A+ customer service.
